Old New Orleans Rum – New Orleans

Celebration Distillation produces Old New Orleans Rum. Our award winning Louisiana rum is handcrafted in small batches. Celebration Distillation was started in 1995 by artist James Michalopoulos. Located on Frenchman street in the Gentilly neighborhood, we are the oldest premium rum distillery in the United States. We only use blackstrap molasses made from sugar cane grown in the rich soil of the Mississippi Delta. Our award winning Crystal, Amber and Cajun Spice Rums are available in local stores and online. Our King Creole 20th anniversary aged rum is available online and in our distillery.

We offer a complimentary shuttle service from the Organic Banana in the French Market.The shuttle picks up at 11:30am, 1:30pm, and 3:30pm Monday through Saturday and 1:30pm and 3:30pm on Sundays. The shuttle picks up behind the Organic Banana Daiquiri Stand and Juice Bar (Stall #27).
