Vinoteca – Los Angeles

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has unveiled Vinoteca, an Italian-inspired wine and espresso bar concept adjacent to Culina restaurant.

Drawing inspiration from Napoli, Vinoteca has curated a menu of hyper-seasonal sharable plates with a focus on traditional Italian street food, such as Montanara, fried pizza dough topped with lobster, prosciutto and eggplant.

To complement the Italian cuisine at Vinoteca, Wine Director Luca Bruno presents a “taste of Italy with California flair” through his handcrafted list of imported Italian wines and local varietals. In addition to approachable wines by the glass and bottle, Vinoteca offers 3 oz. flights as well as “Icon Wines” from the Coravin.
