The Overflow – Los Angeles

The Overflow, the newest gem from Downtown Los Angeles Bar Queen, Vee Delgadillo, blends 2 passions that have a tendency to put on airs, art and cocktails, and makes them accessible to the diverse population of the Historic Core. Nestled between two of her other destinations on 5th & Spring Street, The Down & Out and The Little Easy, The Overflow gives its patrons a chance to experience art, cocktails, craft beer and small bites in a way few bars have ever attempted.

Walking into the cozy space, the art pieces that cover the black walls make you feel as if you walked into an intimate art gallery, but with the gorgeous bar and comfortable seating, you realize it is much more.

The Overflow will feature rotating 60 day residencies from local artists and during that time will host multiple events with the artist, ranging from meet and greets, question and answer sessions to living art experiences. Coupled with an extremely passionate, knowledgeable and approachable bar staff, an evening at The Overflow can give you insight into two subjects that can improve your status at cocktail parties, without going to art school or spending a weekend at a vineyard.
