History
Established in 1992.
Robert Wayne Moore “The Founder” began this business as a country and western apparel store in the early 90s. Having always been involved with honky tonks in some way or another all of his life, Robert eventually turned the Rhinestone Western Wear store in to a honky tonk. He went through a few different names before establishing Robert’s Western World. The leader of the house band Brazilbilly, Jesse Lee Jones, purchased the business from Robert Moore on August 5th, 1999. This building housed the Sho-Bud Pedal Steel Guitar Co. for many years. Jesse Lee has remained true to the idea of traditional country, western, and rock-a-billy music and true to Robert Moore’s vision of a true hillbilly heaven. Besides traditional music and a great honky tonk grill restaurant, Robert’s is also an ideal place for a wedding, a reception, or many types of special events. We now offer 1950s Cadillacs owned and operated by Honky Tonk Chauffeurs for your special occasion. Tradition is our business.
